Former Black Stars assistant coach George Boateng has expressed his readiness to make the significant leap into taking up a role as a first-team head coach.

Boateng, 49, has garnered invaluable experience working as a youth coach from 2018.

Since beginning his professional journey as a coach for Kelantan in 2014, Boateng has steadily risen through the coaching pyramid.

The former Dutch international's coaching career has been shaped up with inestimable experiences at Aston Villa's U-23 and Blackburn Rovers' U-18.
