The Bono Regional Chairman of the (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, popularly known as Abronye DC, has refuted claims that he has gone into hiding due to fear of prosecution under the current administration of President .
According to Abronye, he has done nothing wrong to warrant any investigation by Mahama's government.
Speaking in an interview on Wontumi TV, on February 20, 2025, he warned that if any of the government's agencies attempt to target him with corruption allegations, he will personally enter the Jubilee House, the seat of government and caution the president against such actions.
He explained that while some NPP members fear prosecution under Mahama's administration, he remains confident because he has a clear conscience. "I am telling Mahama that he won't survive because of the behaviour and the current path of his appointees.
