The Kaneshie District Court One has granted a GHC70,000.00 bail with two sureties to the driver who knocked down a pedestrian resulting in his death.
The plea of Eric Arko was not taken.
He will reappear on March 19, 2025.
Police Chief Inspector Achana Apewah, who led the prosecution team, told the court that on February 13, 2025, at about 2300 hours, Arko was in charge of a Mercedes Benz when he knocked Eric Kwame Anane Darko, 54, from Odorkor to Kasoa.
