Member of Parliament for Nsawam Adoagyiri, Frank Annoh Dompreh has indicated that he belonged to the school of thought that ruled out the second coming of John Dramani Mahama.
He believed that the president, considering his overwhelming defeat in 2016, had lost the goodwill of the Ghanaian people.
