Renowned Ghanaian actor Mawuli Semevo has tragically passed away at the age of 63.

He died on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Ridge Hospital, where he had been receiving treatment for severe burns sustained in a fire accident.

News of his condition first emerged on February 8, 2025, when Judith Addison, founder of Beyond Burns International-a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting burn survivors-revealed that the actor was in critical condition following the incident.
