A heated exchange erupted on Metro TV's Good Morning Ghana monitored by MyNewsGH as Beatrice Annan took on Tabitha Ayillah over her sudden concern for Ghana's economic hardships under the new administration.

Annan, a staunch advocate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and Presidential Staffer, questioned why Ayillah, who had previously defended the past government's economic policies, was now highlighting issues of hardship just weeks after the administration changed hands. "I've been laughing because I think Tabitha should take her time; she has four years to run.

The NDC government is not even two months in office, and all of a sudden, Tabitha knows that citizens actually have something we call conditions of living.

She's now aware that people in secondary schools have to eat and not eat expired rice.
