Private legal practitioner and media personality, Sampson Lardi Anyenini, has called for an end to the politics of retaliation in the country.
His comment comes in response to the revocation of appointments of public sector workers who were employed just a few days before the Akufo-Addo government exited office.
The decision to dismiss these workers has been widely condemned by a large section of the public, who have described the move as retrogressive.
Others have justified the decision, arguing that a similar action was taken when the Akufo-Addo government assumed power in 2017 and dismissed some workers employed by the outgoing Mahama administration at the time.
