The law platform is reporting that the Ghana Immigration Service has been slapped with a cumulative amount of GH¢910,000.

The amount, according to the news platform, is damages and loss of earnings for preventing one Kwabena Baffour Asare from flying to Germany on the 18th day of June 2022.

The High Court presided over by Ayitey Armah-Tetteh J.

said the Immigration Service's prevention of the plaintiff in the matter breached his freedom of movement from Ghana and movement in Ghana.
