More than 70,000 members of the Civil and Local Government Staff Association (CLOGSAG) are beginning a nationwide strike tomorrow.
The strike according to CLOGSAG is to ensure that the Registrar of Births and Deaths Registry Samuel Botchwey is removed from office for being a politically exposed person.
Although the presidency last week indicated that the Samuel Botchwey has been re-assigned, CLOGSAG said report suggested that the man is still at post.
Executive Secretary of CLOGSAG, Isaac Bampoe Addo spoke exclusively to our labour affairs correspondent Daniel Opoku in Accra.
