Former Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo has said she is not representing the Judiciary on the Council of State.
She says she is there in her own right as a Former Chief Justice.
Madam Sophia Akuffo is part of 31-member Council of State, chaired by former Speaker of Parliament Edward Doe Adjaho.
She told journalists after their swearing-in by the President in Accra on Tuesday February 18, that "I am a former Chief Justice.
