The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Shippers Authority, Professor Ransford Gyampo, has affirmed that he complied with constitutional requirements by declaring his assets a day after assuming office.
Speaking on JoyNews' Super Morning Show with Winston Amoah, Prof.
Gyampo stressed the importance of adhering to the law and urged other public officials to do the same. "I think it was the very day or the day after, I was in the office," he stated, emphasizing his swift compliance.
Explaining the process, he revealed that he initially asked his friend Martin Kpebu to obtain the form for him, but that was delayed, prompting him to make alternative arrangements.
