The Chief Executive of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA), Mr Julius Neequaye Kotey, has reaffirmed his commitment to creating a conducive and motivating working environment for staff.
Speaking during his engagement with staff at the DVLA Head office, Weija, and the Tema offices on Friday, Mr Kotey reiterated his commitment to staff welfare, highlighting plans to address key issues including promotions, healthcare, and other incentives to enhance productivity.
The interactive session provided an opportunity for staff to share their concerns, suggestions, and ideas for improving the Authority's operations, with emphasis on the value of teamwork.
Mr Kotey said the interactive session with the staff fostered synergy, productivity and healthy working environment.
