Minority leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin is of the view that the rise in the Cholera outbreak in his constituency is a result of the closure of public toilet facilities along the coast.
According to him, after the New Patriotic Party (NPP) lost power, some fanatics went to seize the keys to the public toilets and locked them up.
He says the fisher folks do not have access to toilet facilities, hence the rise in cholera in Efutu.
To him, until the public toilet facilities are open, there will be "He again talks about the sudden rise since January of the situation in Winneba.
