A member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) national communication team, George Ayisi, has criticized the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) for supposedly overstepping its legal boundaries.
The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has declared former Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta wanted.
Addressing the media, the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng indicated that Ofori-Atta is wanted over alleged corruption and corruption-related activities. "Ofori-Atta is now a wanted person and must return to Ghana immediately to face questioning," the Special Prosecutor stated.
