COP Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah (Mrs), the immediate past Executive Director of the Economic and Organised Office(EOCO) has been assigned the role of Director General, Research and Planning of the Ghana Police Service.

The Chartered Accountant was in January 2022 appointed the Executive Director of the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) to replace Mr Stephen  Raymond Dapaa-Addo, who was appointed Director-General of EOCO July 9, 2021.

Her appointment in late January 2025 was revoked by President John Dramani who directed her  to hand over her duties immediately and report to the Ghana Police Headquarters for reassignment.

This directive, a presidential communique explained in the letter formed part of broader government efforts to strengthen EOCO's operations and enhance its effectiveness in combating economic crimes and corruption.
