The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has filed an election petition challenging the legitimacy of Annoh Dompreh's win as Member of Parliament for the Nsawam-Adoagyiri constituency.

Tanko-Computer insists that the process was fraught with irregularities and cannot be accepted as a fair outcome.
Speaking on the matter in an interview with Channel One TV, he stated, "We have filed an election petition against the declaration of Honourable Annoh Dompreh as the winner of that contest.
