Madam Akua, a 60-year-old merchandise trader, has recalled how she quit her hairdressing career due to a spiritual attack that almost claimed the life of a friend.  Narrating the story, the trader stated that she was an apprentice, and as they were braiding a client's hair, a senior apprentice mistakenly cut the client's hair. They saw it as an error that is mostly committed by hairdressers, but it didn't turn out to be a normal error, as the lady who committed that offence was severely attacked and taken to Benin for treatment. "I learned hairdressing as well. There are a lot of issues surrounding the hairdressing business. I remember how a senior apprentice mistakenly cut a client's hair. She didn't report to work the next day, so I went to her place to check up on her.
