Kwame Ntow Amoah has taken over from Edward Bawa as the Chief Executive Officer for the Ghana National Petroleum Company (GNPC).
A statement announcing this said Edward Bawa, who has been CEO for the past few weeks, had been reassigned to GOIL.
The statement further indicated that GNPC staff look forward to his leadership in advancing the corporation's strategic vision adding that they are confident his expertise and dedication will drive GNPC's continued growth and success.
