In a historic moment for student leadership and health advocacy, Lauren Baaba Annan has been elected as the Coordinating Secretary of the National Health Students Association of Ghana (NAHSAG) for the 2024/2025 administration.
The election took place at the just-ended NAHSAG Congress, which saw delegates from UDS, KNUST, Accra School of Hygiene, UG, UHAS, UCC, Korle-Bu Nursing and Midwifery Training College, and other universities and health trainee institutions across Ghana.
Lauren, a level 300 Doctor of Pharmacy student at the University of Cape Coast, affectionately called "The Law", has long been recognized for her passion for leadership, advocacy, and student welfare.
Her election is a testament to her commitment to driving impactful change within Ghana's health student community.
