Legal practitioner Edudzi Tameklo has accused former Attorney-General Godfred Yeboah Dame of dishonesty and unethical conduct over the existence of an internal memo that reportedly recommended the discontinuation of prosecution against Dr.
Johnson Asiama, the acting Governor of the Bank of Ghana.
Tameklo, alleged that Dame denied the memo's existence despite email evidence proving otherwise. "Godfred Dame tells the public that there was no memo asking him to discontinue the case.
But there's an email trail-how do you quote portions of a memo you claim doesn't exist?" he challenged on The KeyPoints on February 15.
