Oliver Barker Vormawor is of the view that there will be a need for a review of orders given by the Chief of Staff on the revocation of some last-minute appointments.

He believes that a chuck of the persons who have lost their jobs as a result of the directive are not necessarily party footsoldiers but rather Ghanaian youth who have struggled and paid huge sums of money to get jobs.

To him, what's important is the need for an investigation into how such mass recruitment took place just after an election.

Oliver Barker Vormawor suggests that the people who have been sacked can be whistleblowers to expose some public servants and elected persons who use the recruitment as a means to enrich themselves. "A lot of the people who are affected, let's be clear; not all of them are party footsoldiers or persons we were trying to push into the public service.
