Executive Director of the Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII), Mary Addah is of the view that political parties should not do certain things after they have lost the election.
She believes that in order to check what political parties do after losing an election, there will be a need for legislation.
According to her, they had all the time in the world in the last four years to have done them, and the few days after losing an election shouldn't be used for such purposes..
Her comments come on the back of the Chief of Staff ordering all public services to terminate the appointment of all public sector workers employed after December 7 and those who are not on the payroll. "If you lose elections, there are certain things you shouldn't do, and why do we say so?
