Former Attorney General Godfred Yeboah Dame has criticised his successor, Dr.
Dominic Ayine, over the swift discontinuation of multiple criminal cases involving high-profile members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Addressing the media in Accra on Friday, February 14, Dame suggested that the pattern of case withdrawals signaled an attempt to absolve accused officials of wrongdoing. "Dr.
Ayine was sworn in as Attorney-General on January 22, 2025.
