The immediate past Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Godfred Yeboah Dame, is addressing Ghanaians on Friday, February 14, 2025.
Dame is expected to touch on the discontinuation of cases involving former appointees of President that were being prosecuted by his successor, Dr. .
Attorney General Ayine, while justifying his decision to discontinue the cases, took swipes at Godfred Dame.
He indicated that most of the cases Dame was prosecuting had defective charges, lacked evidence, and contained legal flaws that could have led to wrongful prosecutions or acquittals.
