Former Attorney General, Godfred Dame has challenged Dr Domomic Ayine to produce a memo that suggests that there was a need for the withdrawal of charges against Bank of Ghana Governor, Johnson Asiamah.
According to him, no such document exists.
Godfred Dame, who addressed the press on Friday, February 14, 2025, said, "Let me state for the record that, to the best of my knowledge, no such memorandum exists.
I do not recall receiving any such memo from the Prosecutions Division.
