The Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA), Malik Basintale, was seen arriving at his office with an armed private bodyguard in a viral video.

The new Acting YEA CEO, who was appointed by President John Dramani Mahama last month, reported to work accompanied by a muscular bodyguard, locally known as a "macho" man.

Basintale, a dynamic figure in Ghanaian politics and one of the most prominent voices during last year's December 7 Presidential Election campaign, was captured in the video arriving at his office.

In the footage, he was seen alighting from his V8 vehicle with his bodyguard, who was carrying the CEO's bag.
