The Majority Leader Mahama Ayariga has revealed that Richard Jakpa of the Ambulance case, led the men in military uniform to raid the private residence of former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta.
Mr Ayariga assured the entire country that this incident will not be repeated because President John Dramani Mahama is committed to protecting the fundamental human rights of every citizen.
He further apologised to former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta following the raid of his private residence by men in military uniform on Monday, February 11.
Making a statement in Parliament on Thursday, February 13, he said "Yesterday, the deputy minority whip sort leaf of the speaker and the indulgence of the House to raise the matter that he thought was of urgent public importance.
