Henry Nana Boakye, National Organiser of the NPP, has raised concerns over the credibility of the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP), accusing its leadership of lacking transparency while pursuing cases against political opponents.
During a press conference in Accra monitored by MyNewsGH, he alleged that the Special Prosecutor, who is responsible for high-profile corruption investigations, has failed to disclose his own financial records. "The chairman himself cannot even declare his assets.
He says he lives in Airport Hills, yet claims he is not the owner of the mansion. "A big mansion with a swimming pool and eight bedrooms, yet his salary and allowances combined don't match the value of the property," Nana Boakye argued.
He questioned how the Special Prosecutor could hold others accountable for financial misconduct while allegedly refusing to be transparent about his own wealth.
