There was a dramatic scene at the Criminal Court Five division of the High Court when the key suspect in the alleged murder of JB Danquah Adu, the former Member of Parliament of Abuakwa North, broke down in tears, expressing his frustration over the prolonged delays in his trial.
Daniel Asiedu, also known as Sexy Dondon, wept emotionally, stating that he was tired of attending the trial, according to graphic.com.gh.
Asiedu, who is set for retrial after nine years of legal proceedings, lamented the unfairness of the justice system in the country, saying, "The court system in Ghana is not fair." Through tears, he maintained his innocence regarding the charges.
