The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has declared former Minister of Finance, , a suspect in four high-profile corruption investigations.
Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng made the announcement at a press briefing on February 12, 2025, revealing that Ofori-Atta is now considered a wanted fugitive.
The investigations include cases related to the controversial National Cathedral project, Strategic Mobilization Limited (SML), and two other undisclosed matters.
