A Private legal practitioner Austin Brako Powers has urged persons affected by President Mahama's directive for last-minute appointments by the Akufo-Addo administration to be revoked, to challenge the decision in court.
He argues that the Mahama administration has no business revoking the appointments of Ghanaians in this manner.
Brako Powers described the President's action as "Needless." "You have no basis to revoke any appointments after Dec. 7, 2024.
