Korang Evelyn, a seasoned politician and strong advocate for women's empowerment, has emerged victorious in the highly contested Eastern Region Council of State representative election.
She secured 17 votes out of the 24 aspirants, with 66 delegates drawn from all municipal and district assemblies participating in the election.
The Eastern Regional Coordinating Council was filled with excitement and joy as delegates and supporters of Mrs.
Korang Evelyn celebrated her victory.
