The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has officially declared former Minister of Finance, as a suspect in four high-profile corruption investigations, including cases related to the National Cathedral project, Strategic Mobilization Limited (SML), and two undisclosed matters.
Speaking at a press briefing on February 12, 2025, Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng said is now a wanted person and a fugitive of justice.
He insisted that he must return to Ghana immediately to face questioning.
According to him, failure to comply would result in steps being taken to compel his return.
