Minister of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu has said Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC), Jean Mensa cannot be removed from office out of mere criticisms by NDC supporters.
The Minister explained that for any removal to take place, the EC Chair must have done something to merit her removal, noting that legal process must be duly followed. "These things are decided by law.
It is not whimsical.
You cannot say you don't like Jean Mensa so he should be removed.
