A Vice President of IMANI Africa, Bright Simons, has said the Operation Recover All Loots (ORAL) policy has to be costed.

He asked about how much is needed to create the right infrastructure for investigations, prosecutions, and recovery. "If the cost ends up being $26 million, then, of course, the Attorney-General better not recover $2.6 million, else that would mean the country lost more money chasing after phantom loot," he said.

Bright Simons further suggested that Attorney-General (A-G), Dr Dominic Ayine should be placed under the strictest scrutiny while carrying out the findings of the report of ORAL.

He says that if this is not done, even million out of the over 21 billion Dollars that ORAL says has been looted may not be recovered by the end of President Mahama's term.
