A Vice President of Policy Think Tank, IMANI Africa, Kofi Bentil, has suggested that instead of recovering loot in Ghana, measures must be put in place to prevent the looting.
He believes that it is better to prevent the looting from happening rather than find ways to retrieve or recover loot.
