General Secretary of the (NDC), Fifi Fiavi Kwetey, has dismissed rumours of uneasiness within the party.
His comments follow a recent publication by The Chronicle newspaper, which claimed that the party's National Chairman, , had reported President and party leader to the Functional Executive Committee (FEC) for refusing to appoint individuals from a list Nketiah had presented.
According to the newspaper, sources within the party's FEC confirmed that Asiedu Nketiah was unhappy with the president's decision, creating tension within the party.
However, speaking on the issue with Accra-based TV3, Fifi Kwetey dismissed the claims as false and urged the public to disregard them.
