Former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Hanna Serwaa Tetteh, has explained why she has remained absent from Ghana's political scene, despite public calls for her return.
She highlighted her commitment to her new international role and emphasized the importance of allowing her sisters to grow politically without competition in an interview on 3FM monitored by MyNewsGH.
Tetteh, who was recently appointed to a new role by the United Nations, described the appointment as an honour, reflecting the confidence the UN Secretary-General has in her capabilities.
However, some Ghanaians have questioned why she did not stay to support President John Mahama's administration.
