Minister for Communications, Digitalisation, and Innovation, Samuel Nartey George, has praised President John Mahama for his thoughtful approach to leadership and governance.
He commended the president's deep sense of conviction and introspection, which he believes have shaped key decisions, particularly in selecting his ministerial team. "President Mahama is a man of conviction, he has a lot of introspection and reflection," George stated, emphasizing that Mahama's leadership is marked by deliberate decision-making in an interview on Joy News monitored by MyNewsGH.
He further noted that the president's extensive consultation during the manifesto period played a crucial role in shaping his vision. "During the manifesto period before he came out with the 60, I believe that influenced his choice of ministers," he explained, adding that Mahama carefully selected individuals he believes possess the drive to succeed, whether working as a team or individually.
