Media personality Blessed Godsbrain Smart, popularly known as Captain Smart, has stated that it would be difficult for President to reconcile with former Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho.
According to Captain Smart, the longstanding friction between the two dates back to the administration of former President John Evans Atta Mills.
He alleged that Koku Anyidoho made then-Vice President uncomfortable at the presidency, creating significant tension between them.
Captain Smart further claimed that due to their strained relationship, Mahama wrote a resignation letter intending to step down from his role in government.
