Nigerian Afrobeats superstar, Davido, has called for the President, John Dramani Mahama, to dish out an appointment to popular Ghanaian blogger, Stephen Mingle aka GhHyper.
Davido, speaking following fake news going viral that Hyper had been appointed as the Gaming Commission CEO, said despite the news being fake, the blogger still deserved an appointment.
On Friday, January 7th, 2025, news went viral on Twitter and other platforms that Mingle had been appointed to the position of the Gaming Commission CEO.
The blogger quickly came out to debunk it, sharing the graphic to indicate it was fake.
