The Attorney General, , has withdrawn all charges against former Minister of Works and Housing, , and four others in the Saglemi Housing Project case.

A nolle prosequi notice was filed at the Financial Division 1 of the Accra High Court, indicating that the state will no longer pursue the case, according to a report by 3news.com.

The notice, signed by the Attorney General, was filed in February 2025, bringing an end to the prosecution's case against the accused persons.

The accused persons included , former Minister of Works and Housing; Kweku Agyeman-Mensah, former Minister of Water Resources, Works and Housing; Alhaji Ziblim Yakubu, former Chief Director at the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing; Nouvi Tetteh Angelo, CEO of Ridge Management Solutions Ghana Limited; and Andrew Clocanas, former Executive Chairman of Construtora OAS Ghana Limited, who has since passed away.
