The Ghana Employer's Association (GEA) has proposed to managers of organisations to create a flexible working environment for women. Speaking at the 10th anniversary of Women in Human Resource in Ghana, a representative of the Association, Yvonne Asare Yeboah, stated that a flexible working environment will boost the fortunes of the organisation. After post covid 19, organisations and companies have adopted different strategies to improve work outcomes. Some have adopted the use of technology and other digital solutions to make working conducive. To further improve the working environment, the GEA has convened a workshop of Human Resource practitioners.
