Two students of Saviour Senior High School at Akyem Osiem have been arraigned before the Koforidua Circuit Court B for allegedly defiling and indecently assaulting a 14-year-old female student.
The accused, Michael, 18, and Emmanuel, a 17-year-old juvenile offender, are both Form Two boarders at the school, while the victim is a Form One student and also a boarder.
The incident occurred during the school's inter-sports competition, which took place from Wednesday, January 22, to Friday, January 24, 2025.
During this period, students were given more freedom, and the victim reportedly mingled with the accused persons.
