The former Managing Director of SIC Insurance Company Limited, Ms.
Hollistar Duah-Yentumi has made some demands in her lawsuit against the company, claiming unlawful termination of her contract.
She was replaced in January following a presidential appointment, despite her contract running until 2028.
In her legal action, she argues that her dismissal did not follow due process and is demanding the following: A monthly salary of GHS 40,000 10% annual basic salary increase Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and provident fund contributions Official accommodation or an equivalent allowance of GHS 15,000 per month Membership fees for professional and social clubs Health insurance coverage for herself and her family Provision of an official vehicle and fuel allowance of 450 litres per month Severance benefits, including six months' salary for each year of service if terminated before contract expiration Ms.
