The constituency secretary for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Twifo Atti-Morkwa constituency Frank Kwaku Baah has had his finger bitten off after an altercation ensued between him and the constituency youth organizer Kwadwo Baah.
Channel One News understands the altercation started after the two engaged in a heated argument over factors that led to the party's defeat in the 2024 elections during a meeting.
An eyewitness who wishes to remain anonymous told Channel One News that the argument turned violent after some polling station executives accused the constituency secretary of the party's defeat in the election.
The constituency secretary's comments which were in response to the allegations being made by the party executives did not go down well with Kwadwo Baah, the constituency organizer who in turn attacked Frank Baah leading to his finger being bitten off. "We were made to give honest opinion about the things that led to the defeat of the party and so I stood up and made my submission but it seems it didn't go down well with some party executives. "After the meeting, while I was heading home someone slapped me from behind and all I could see was my hand was his mouth and he bit me.
