Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama has said that the 'no academic fees for level 100 students' initiative will cost between 270 million and 290 million Cedis. The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Former President John Dramani Mahama has called on all Ghanaians, especially the youth, to be the driving force in the transformative journey as the NDC seeks to implement pro-poor policies if it wins the elections. Mr Mahama said the voices and votes of the youth are crucial as the NDC strives for the change on December 7. In a post on his Facebook page ahead of the NDC's manifesto launch on Saturday August 25, Mr Mahama said "Exciting News, Ghana! Join us this Saturday, August 24, as I launch the National Democratic Congress 2024 manifesto in Winneba.
"Our vision for Ghana is clear: "Building the Ghana We Want Together." Together, we can create a brighter future for our beloved nation.
"I call on all Ghanaians, especially our passionate youth, to be the driving force in this transformative journey.
