The Chief of Ashaiman, Nii Annang Adzor, has issued a strong warning to drivers, particularly those operating VIP buses, to exercise utmost caution when driving along the Accra-Kumasi highway during slight downpours. His caution comes in response to the increasing number of accidents that occur on this stretch of road during wet weather conditions. Speaking at a media engagement aimed at sensitising drivers about road safety, Nii Annang Adzor emphasised the importance of vigilance, especially during rain showers. Weather "The Accra-Kumasi highway is a critical route connecting two major cities in Ghana, but it is also one of the most dangerous when the weather is unfavourable. I urge all drivers, particularly those transporting large numbers of passengers, to be extra careful during slight downpours.
