Communication and Digital Technology Minister, Sam Nartey George has assured the people of Ghana that he will fight misinformation and disinformation when sworn in as Minister.
He is of the view that misinformation and disinformation have a penchant for hurting the country and therefore need to be addressed with the needed resources.
This assurance comes on the back of his being a victim of disinformation after the content of a photo of him on his phone in Parliament was changed to discredit him.
His post read "It is clear to me that the NPP is so hurt by my nomination as Minister for Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations and would stop at nothing to fight it.
