The first Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Benard Ahiafor, rose to the defence of lawmakers and leaders in the country when Dominic Nitiwul started to expose the double standards of the Chairman of Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL).
According to him, some things are supposed to be discussed in private and not in public. "Mr Speaker, as much as we do politics, we need to be very careful not to wash our dirty linens in public.
Mr Speaker, we know that some matters are for close sitting so we should be very careful the way we do some politics regarding certain issues.
You and I are very much aware of certain things we do in close sitting," he said.
